To ensure your booking is confirmed, a deposit equal to the first nights accommodation will be required. For advance reservations, Sanctuary cannot accept bookings for less than 2 nights. However, if you are unable to alter your timetable, then please feel free to call us on the day to check availability for a one night stay. Sanctuary will be closed for it's annual Wet Season maintenance period from the 24th December 2009 and re-opening on the 1st April 2010.

Sanctuary's bookings deposit policy is that for cancellations more than 72 hours prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded (less an AUD $11.00 handling fee).
For cancellations less than 72 hours prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited unless the rooms are onsold, in which case the deposit will be refunded (less an AUD $11.00 handling fee).
